"Failed to save bilingual as: There is not enough space on the disk" error message when trying to save a project in Trados Studio

Symptoms/Context
Trados Studio throws the following error message when you're trying to save a file from a project, even if there are no issues with the space on the PC:
Failed to save bilingual as: There is not enough space on the disk
Resolution
Try the following:
1. If possible, run Trados Studio as admin 2. Reset Trados Studio by renaming the 17 and Studio17 folders from C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio.
